New Indian Rules for social media and OTT platform

 

Past few are quite tensed for Indian govt as people on social media platform are talking too much about country which is really made me sick as no one can do anything as people around the world including popular celebrities.
So keeping this situation in mind the govt of India issues new rules for social media and are explained below

1st Rule

People can't go/talk/comment/share data against constitution and if they did strict actions taken against them. This rule is important because earlier people around the world can easily say anything on any platform like fb, Instagram, twitter etc. against any country and govt of that country can't exactly do anything.

This happens because platforms like fb, twitter etc. didn't have offices in all country so people enjoy and exploit this freedom because rules applies of that country only where they have office. This exactly happens in this case as there is no representative for platform and office in India people on different platform exploit this condition.

this exact same thing also happened in US and they took control it before situation gets out of hand.

2nd rule

Every social media company has to assign a nodal officer so if anything  happens or if someone have complaint/query the govt asks nodal officer to give answers. Nodal officer act as a representative on behalf of company. within  24 hours its the responsibility of nodal officer to remove the content if its against the country constitution or insults country in any way. and also within 15 days the officer also give solution to that problem and also submit a complete report to govt.

3rd rule

Many people famous personalities for roasting people. they become quite famous for insulting people but these roasters must take permission before roasting someone. Because generally people think all you have do is just insulting people its a easiest job and easy money hence career set. But no its not reality these roasters must take permission that I did insult you but didn't involve your family/friends. So if the people is OK of being insulted then only these roasters roast them otherwise they have 5 years jail time if complaint against them to nodal officer. People generally think that its soo cool to insults someone and move on in life but they didn't think the effects on someone's mind after being insulted on social platform.

Just think about once before insulting someone maybe next time you will be on their place somebody can insults you

4th Rule

In this now users can't create multiple or single fake accounts on social media platforms like fb, Instagram, twitter etc. and now the user also need to have KYC to have them identified on social media. The complete process is not yet revealed but now a single user must have single account and also verified by KYC(Know Your Customer).

this thing helpful to avoid trending the fake news as generally people create multiple accounts and use these accounts to share fake news but this rule kind of end this thing.

5th Rule

This rule is for adult content on OTT platforms. The adult content is really fun to watch there is nothing wrong with that but people forget there is reason its called "adult" content. The content is specifically made for adults but is not for children. So now what happens is the content creators must specified that the content is universal(suitable for children and watch with family) , 7+ that is if person age is greater than 7 he/she can watch content of this category, 13+ that is if person age is greater than 13 he/she can watch content of this category this category may include some adult content a very less amount , 16+ and 18+. these categories enables user to choose content to watch properly. Govt of India didn't remove/ban any adult content from any OTT platform but the content creator must put content according to these categories

So can these companies avoid these rules?

well No if the company want to operate in India they must follow these new rules

iPhone 12 is HERE!!

With New Apple's April debut of the new iPhone SE for 2020, the company showed that it's carrying on with product launches, despite the coronavirus forcing Apple to close its US retail stores indefinitely around the world. This may indicate that the upcoming iPhone 12, 12 Pro and 12 Max -- Apple has not confirmed the names of the phones, but we'll go with that for now -- are still on schedule. However, recent reports are saying otherwise and that there is a possibility that Apply may delay the sequels of the iPhone 11 phones.

Reportedly, iPhone 12 panel production has been delayed for about six weeks, earlier stated to start in June to now resuming operations at the end of July. This implies that the iPhone 12 launch will be in October instead of September this year.

iPhone 12 Specifications

Coming to the specifications, the iPhone 12 is tipped to feature a 5.4-inch Super Retina OLED display, made by China's BOE. It is also tipped to be powered by the Apple A14 Bionic chip, paired with 4GB RAM. The phone will reportedly support 5G, be wrapped in an aluminum body, and feature a dual camera setup at the back. 

The iPhone 12 Max, on the other hand, will feature a larger 6.1-inch Super Retina OLED display, also made by BOE. All the other specifications are said to remain the same as iPhone 12.

The iPhone 12 Pro model will reportedly feature a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED 10-bit display with ProMotion - made by Samsung. 

Lastly, the iPhone 12 Pro Max is said to have the largest 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR Samsung OLED display with ProMotion as well. Both the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max will have a triple camera setup at the back with an additional LIDAR sensor for amplified AR capabilities. These models are also said to be powered by the Apple A14 Bionic chip, support 5G, and have aluminum body.

iPhone 12 price may be cheaper (Expected)

When the iPhone 11 debuted last year, we were pleasantly surprised that its base model cost $699, which was $50 cheaper than 2018's iPhone XR. This trend may continue, with one tech analyst reporting that Apple will price the iPhone 12 at $649 the iPhone 12 Pro at $999 and the iPhone 12 Pro Max at $1,099.

Reports suggest that iPhone 12 has come without charger and earphones.

1. TikTok is started in china. The parent company behind TikTok is ByteDance. TikTok was known as Douyin in China. 

2. There many rumors and news that US wants to BAN the TikTok application that's because its originated from China.

Not only this application but even social websites originated from china didn't much appreciated in US.

But before the US BAN TikTok, the people already get fond of it. There are large number of users of TikTok in US.

4. You have definately heard about this youtuber Ajey popularly known as Carryminati. His video titled "youtube vs tiktok" went viral and breaks many record. But is taken down due to this reason. This cause a trend known as "#uninstall tiktok" on various social media platforms. Not only this but the fans also take down the rating of tiktok from 4.5 to 1.2 on Google Play Store.

5. Its a fact that the 70% of TikTok users are from age between 16-24 age boys and girls in the world. 

6. On 3rd July 2018 TikTok is Banned in Indonesia as the application is promoting the indecent content and after some time same thing is happened in Bangladesh. And due to these ban TikTok make a special team that filter out the abusive or hateful content. Even some monuments in India are banned for TikTokers.

7. Do you know 466.8 million download is of TikTok in India alone. So almost 41% TikTokers are from India. We can say market is very huge in India for TikTokers.

8. According to doctors if you are a TikToker and you made strange(cringe) faces in video, you Jaw can be locked doing this which results in unbearable pain. I suggest don't even try it.

TikTok's Rating Up Again As Google Deletes Over A Million Reviews Overnight !!

TikTok -- the short video creating/sharing app which has been under a lot of heat lately, noticed a massive drop in its rating on the Google Play Store. Just a few days ago, the rating was down to 1.2 stars. Now, there is a slight jump in the rating which now shows 1.4 (as of today) stars on Play Store.

Google has deleted over a million ratings on the Play Store for TikTok, as the number of reviews has come down from 28 million to 27 million. This means Google might delete additional ratings, which might restore the old rating of the TikTok app. It is also interesting to note that the rating of TikTok on iOS hasn't affected by this trend and it is still at 4.7 stars.

A Brief Backdrop

A YouTube video made by a user name CarryMinati went viral with millions of views within a few hours of its release. However, YouTube took down that video due to platform violations. This triggered the followers of that channel and they started some of the trends like #BanTikTok, #UninstallTikTok, and more. Many users took this opportunity to rate down the TikTok app on Play Store and the rating has been diminishing since then. In fact, many users created multiple fake accounts just to rate down the app and as a result, the app's rating was done to 1.2 stars. 

Considering the recent development, Google might remove additional ratings, probably the one created using a new Google account to restore the original rating of the app. Considering the massive negative rating, Google might restore the original rating of TikTok in the next few weeks.
